Adriano Benincasa, this 5 star review is for your amazing service after my terrible experience with your staff Beverley (at online purchase return desk) who doesn't know the very basics of customer facing service skills. Beverley should be reassigned to a non customer facing task. She didn't even want to hear the details of my issue. Either she doesn't have that problem solving skill or haven't that attitude to assist a customer. She is very rude and adamant. My worst customer service experience in life.

Shout out to all the home depot staff for being so patient with all of us humans lining up near store closing. I returned the next morning as the store was very busy, and the home depot staff were doing their best to keep us all safe! Thank you Rod for your help getting the proper wood and cuts done for my mom's bench! You were very knowledgeable and friendly! Your suggestion to increase the thickness of wood and tips for getting the bench looking like new was very insightful and practical! Just another reason why the home depot makes our shopping easy, helpful, and friendly while keeping us all well and safe. Thanks again to all the home depot staff for being courteous, knowledgeable, kind and caring!
Completely unwilling to be flexible with curbside pick up. One of the only retails that does not have a wireless machine or willing to take your card in for a process tap. Even for orders 10 and under. They refuse anything but online orders. Not everyone has a credit card for online ordering. Honestly pathetic and horrible customer service after waiting 10 minutes on the phone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and anyone who asks I will be directing them to different stores for their needs. For the owner reply: I don't use either of those platforms. Odd service to use Facebook and Twitter to deal with unsatisfied customers.
Ordered my items for an install (I’m a contractor) and realized while in parking lot I forgot a critical item. I ordered and expected I may have to wait a bit which I was happy to do. Phil came out and provided my curb side order and I advised him of the extra order. He noted they have about 500 orders in the queue and could be a while but he took the order number and came back with the item. I appreciate his attitude to help me out and the exceptional customer service. Thanks again Phil! You saved my bacon today!
This Home Depot has ample parking and is centrally located around many other stores. The staff are super friendly especially the ladies at cash and the man at the equipment rental area. One noticed my water bottle had leaked in my stroller and quickly grabbed paper towel to help me dry it.
