We had window inserts replaced by Simon & Sons awhile ago and were really pleased with the end results. Today we had our front door and patio door replaced by them. Both experiences were great. The entire process was painless ( no heavy sales tactics, which I hate) from start to finish and everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and polite. They did an amazing job on the doors! Added bonus, they love dogs and were super sweet with ours!

Simon and Sons just installed 18 windows, one front entrance door and a back sliding door for me. I’ve seen their work on on other homes and was impressed with the finished product so I thought I should check them out. From the first day I went into the showroom and talked to Evan and Peter I knew that they were the ones to do my house. I had many questions and they took the time to explain in detail the process. There was no pressure sales tactics at all, which in itself is a bonus. Derrick came out to measure and was very helpful with choosing the right windows. He also gave some great advice on how to deal with a odd shaped window which would save me a lot of money. Who does that now a days, S&S do. Once the order was placed the communication was excellent from Evan. All my emails were answered the same day. The install crew of Colin, Mark, Paul, Vytas are unbelievable, they arrived on time, protected the work area, respectful of the property and clean up after every day. The four of them have a great system working together, like clock work. Very impressive. They take great pride in their work and you can see it in the fine details of the finished work, like the perfect cuts on the interior new window trim, aluminum capping , and the smooth bead of exterior caulking. This makes or breaks the final look of everything and let me tell you everything looks fantastic. Real nice guys to have work in your home. We are delighted with the end-to-end service from Simon & Sons for our new front and side doors. Evan was very patient in answering all our questions and guided us well in terms of our selections. Visiting the showroom really helped to make our choices and see what we would be getting. Once the install was arranged they were here on time and left everything very tidy afterwards. The team at Simon and Sons was great. From the quote, lots of questions about the job, checking in and then the actual install - everything went great! They were on time, cleaned up, were done all 9 windows and 2 doors in two full work days. They were always moving and working to get the job done, the guys were nice and personable and even got along my dog really well. What I appreciated most was the honesty and integrity, right from the start, I was advised I could get by without replacing all windows - my other quotes didn’t mention that to me, they just wanted my business. I did all the windows anyway but so appreciated you being open and honest w me. 5 stars all around Simon and Sons!!
