The lady is rude and the manager is not much better either. if the own the business to support the community, they should do a better job at customer service. I will not go back anymore, just go north to the Esso or Petro.

Just go elsewhere. The staff is unprofessional, not willing to help or even to the bare minimum to maintain the gas station and the little store. The female worker is rude, on her cellphone every time you walk in and trying to ignore you and makebyou leave. I see that the reviews are mentioning the same issues for many months.. and if these issues haven't been resolved that also indication of poor management/ ownership. This is the closest station to my home but i will keep going elsewhere and recommend everyone to avoid this station.
We put the required 1.50 in the air pump but it didn't turn on. Had to use my credit card and pay again to start it up.
During corona virus times. Where masks are mandatory in all indoor settings. Why is it ok for the sales clerk to NOT WEAR A MASK when there is a sign right on the door that it is mandstory??!! This is how the virus spreads with ignorant workers and their employers... how do i know they didnt just cough sneeze right before i walked in ??
This gas station customer service is the worst, I will never do anything here. Brought their monthly touch-less car wash and their service was down for 3 days, went back for 4 times asking if I can get the car wash back and they keep pushing for asking manager. and the last manager told me why don't you go to a different Shell for the car wash. worst altitude and service ever.
