I have owned Chevrolet vehicles for years we recently switched dealerships for service and repair due to covid. However, I do not recommend new roads at all they never return calls both my trucks 2019 & 2020 were brought in for service and some recalls got them back after a day and the issue on the 2019 is even worse as they didn't do what was originally discussed on the 2020 it had updates now my radio doesn't shut off when door opens anymore I had a horrible experience and I have yet to receive a call back as of now so stay away I do not recommend them to others.

I bought my first car a couple months ago with New roads and I absolutely love it. Stephanie helped me through my whole process of finding the perfect car for me. She is very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and efficient. She took the time to break down all the pricing and warranties with me so I fully understood everything. She spent a lot of time looking for the best cars for me and the best deals. She presented different options for me and explained in detail each one. As a first time car owner this was very appreciated, especially since I knew nothing about cars. She made me feel very comfortable. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. Everything went very smoothly, I would 10/10 recommend people to come here!
Stephanie Clarke was the most incredible finance manager I have ever met, she was so kind and helpful and made the process of buying my 2020 Sierra a breeze. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as assertive and took care of everything. Her customer service skills are definitely the best I have ever seen and I’m so thankful to have had such a great experience because of her work ethic! Highly recommend reaching out to her she was a huge help and made our experience wonderful
