The Pro's - The tellers are nice people. The Con's - I feel like I'm walking into the 1990's. It's so slow, I dread going there knowing that it could be an hour visit to get one or two things done. I've been instructed to go to the branch to get things done and then the branch doesn't know how to do them. My wife came home complaining that one guy, a teller, trying to up sell her on random products to the point where other tellers had to tell him to stop. I feel awful leaving a bad review, but dealing with the other big banks and even other NBC branches, this branch is not close to the level of service one would expect at their local bank.

Worst banking experience. Extremely Slow tellers. Fake customer service. Outdated tech. Banking errors costing me my credit score. Absolute terrible bank, and this is the worst location of this terrible banking infrastructure. Shameful.

One teller......insane. I waited almost an hour to make a deposit. To reply to your comment, it was a work deposit. You should review other banks like RBC, CIBC, BMO, Amazing service with proper measures in places, unlike you guys with a wooden table and hole that barely fits the bank book. Biggest stress is when a deposit has to be done at NBC

I want to open this by saying that the staff who are tellers are AMAZING people and really do their best to help every one who comes in. However, the other staff does not. I was in earlier today and the situation was that one teller's computer was broken (not his fault) and the other teller was occupied with a long drawn out issue with a client (not her fault or clients fault either). There was a lady in the office, door wide open with a clear view of the line forming, and someone else in a an office in the back - who knew the one tellers machine was broken because he went to the back to talk to them about it. Niether of these two office people even took a look out to the floor or whispered about helping out the teller's. I am a manager in the service industry, and I know there are rules and regulations, but I also know that you always do your very best to help out clients FIRST. Even if you don't have an answer right away, even if they still have to wait, come out and give some words of encouragment - or maybe open up an extra till and take 5 minutes to help clear the line. I am very disappointed with the support/office/supervisor staff there, and my sympathies to the teller's who are NOT getting the support they need. I saw this today, and I see it most other days that I am in.

Worst bank ever, heres why. 1. closed my savings account and said they couldnt re open it and they never did because they were losing too much in interest 2. They take 75 each time if you go into over draft but never offered overdraft to me 3. They denied me multiple mortgages 4. They stopped my etransfers completely because i was getting all my money out to leave them and now they are holding it hostage 5. They are closing branches all over PEOPLE GET YOUR MONEY OUT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
