Great place! Couple of years ago I started to maintain my car... At that time I was very skeptical about my ability to find the right parts until I popped into a NAPA store and met Martin. This is honestly my go to place if I need any DIY help with my vehicle... Great customer service. Especially, knowing Martin for 3 years, he has been nothing but super helpful and informative... thanks for going above and beyond! :)

ONE STAR STILL BE TOO MUCH . STAY AWAY WITH THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!! I should had took advice from previous reviewers. Avenue Motor Works's service is terrible and the parts they sell has no quality. I bought one alternator with a life time warranty which they also said no negative feedback. After spending few hundred dollars to install it, turns out it is a defective parts. I had to pay again on the installation. They said this situation happens often. Shouldn't they remind me at the beginning instead of telling me all good staff? If i know i won't buy. This company doesn't deserve customer's trust. Your buying like a bet, depending whether you have a good or bad luck. SO, BET YOU LUCK

Ordered parts. Called at closing time to check if they were still going to deliver said parts and someone just picked up the phone and hung it up. No explanation that they couldn't help. Just pick and hang up.
