The splash shield under the car came loose when I did an oil change in Montreal as they forgot to fasten the shield. I went to my local Midads: they offered to do additional checks because they thought I hit something but I didn't accept as I knew why it was dangling. The fastened the shield free of charge. Very much appreciated.
