It’s an amazing art supplies store here in Newmarket. They have everything you need to get your art to the next level. It’s very clean, organized and spacious. It has lots of parking space and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
Worst shopping experience ever. Tried to do an online order for pickup but every time I added something to the cart it said it was in stock but when I went to check out I got a message that it was either out of stock or discontinued. It wouldn't tell me which item that was. I phoned the store but they were no help at all. We've done a lot of online shopping in the past year with other retailers and it wasn't a problem at all. This was a real time waster. Michaels needs to fix this problem if they are going to get any more business online.
I am very impressed with the knowledge and service at Michaels. I had ordered a canvas for my son from another retailer, when it came the frame was broken and because of where it came from it was going to cost me the same price I paid for it to send it back. I called Michaels amd when I went in they took the time to explain all of my options to me including an option on how I could potentially fix it myself. In the end they gave me a great price to replace the frame and amazing service. Highly recommend
You can find everything literally everything here. From different frames to any kind of thread you want. Very neat place and fun to walk around. Nice staff and helpful staff
