Not a bad place when you use save my spot but the app should be updated to include that this location is closed during covid I got here after saving my spot just to find out it was closed had to still pay for parking..

Absolutely horrendous! The reception were more focused on completing what appears to be a training video and their phones than actually delivering professional service. I get it being a slow day you’d want to catch up on things but at the cost of quality? Seriously lacking in leadership. Here’s a simple example, my wife was asked to provide a urine sample but given no direction to the bathroom and no instructions as to how much to fill the container. Customer service is and should be priority in a service job. Clearly the resources here are super complacent.

This is the worst place,I was waiting 3 hours fast to do my test. Old lady is in the reception which is not productive at all and all the people in the line were mad .just one person doing the tests

very satisfied with the services this lab provides. It's based on 1st come 1st served basis, however you can take online appointment to skip the wait. Free 2 hour parking is available on Bayview Parkway.

Arrived with walk in wait time of zero minutes. It has been 45 minutes and still not even listed on the board yet. The most unfreindly receptionist. Are they on a work to rule?
