Remarkably friendly and helpful staff! I didn't quite know the name of the piece I was looking for but they spent a little extra time with me to help figure it out. Also while some other stores aren't mixing paints, Home hardware still is! Finally and most importantly; with how they're conducting business I feel safe and am comfortable in that they're taking every precaution they can Thanks!

The Store manager in Newmarket store is very ignorant, rude and lack of customer service & problem solving skills. I would highly suggest my friends and my neighbours to skip this location and just go to the Aurora store where people can get customer service.
