I was just helped by Bryan at this location. I reserved online and then drove from whitby to pickup. When I arrived Bryan was already outside as I backed in. He explained how the item I was interested in might not be what I thought it was, he explained why let me try it out and then when I wanted to return it, he did it no problem. Then I asked him for advice on other items that he was super happy to help me with. Along with explaining other parts of the camera. He must have been in and out of the store 10 times trying to help me from my car. I really appreciate and recommend him for his knowledge and enthusiasm as well as willingness to help me out. He really made my day. I know where I am shopping next time I need photography advice! Thanks Bryan, you did a great job!

Where to even start! You know your going to love an experience when the guy you call on the phone for information makes you laugh by sentence #2. I’m a beginner photographer with questions. My questions need answers. And sometimes those answers lead to more questions. Joseph and the gang at this store in NewMarket made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. I drove almost 2 hours to buy a new lens for my camera. I came away with so much more. I bought what I needed. I was given information to lean on for the future. And a destination to take my further purchases and problems. I honestly can’t wait to be able to try this new lens out tomorrow as I walk the trails. Joseph Akrami you could teach a class on customer service. Thanks for all of your help today.
Helped me pick out my X-T20. Wish I was able to use it on a trip to Japan that I originally picked it up for, but it's still been great! Very helpful and don't shy away from helping people new to photography.
By far my favourite Henry’s location. The staff here are accommodating and extremely knowledgeable! Brian, in particular, was a great help and provided me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. He took the time to consider what I actually needed and, to top it all off, offered insightful conversation! You can trust Brian to take good care of you!
