I've been working with Heinz Jordan for almost three years now and they have always been helpful and informative to me as a client with a brick and mortar retail location. The reps have always been friendly and personable with me and they've checked into receiving products not advertised in the catalogue for specific orders. They also have a quick turn around with their response to messages and never hesitate to call me when they must. Also their synthetic brushes are some of the best for the lowest price point. I use them in workshops I run as well as in my own personal art.

I called Heinz Jordan to inquire about pricing regarding a product listed on their website and I was rudely told off by Scott Baker that he cannot not do business with me because I asked him if he could offer me a better pricing for a product. Additionally, he mentioned I don't have an account with them and since I would be a first time buyer, he cannot offer me anything. Later on the man just rudely hung up on me. Don't bother calling these guys, there better art distributor who are willing to do business.
