Worst company to deal with. They tie u to an illegal 5 year contract unknowingly and have the worst service. Stay away, we should be able to give negative stars

Ryan has been providing excellent service to our business for several years. He is always positive and everyone enjoys speaking with him. He does a quick and efficient job distributing the mats in our office. We are very happy with the excellent and professional service he provides. We look forward to using CiNTAS’s services for several more years.

The rep who signed us up lied to us about the flexibility with their service and failed to mention their contract is for 5 years. They will not let you out of it early, no matter what the rep promises you, so my advice is to not sign in the first place. He also didn’t provide us with or even show us the 2nd page of the contract. I didn’t even know there was a second page until I came across one online while trying to figure out how to get out of their contract. We have received mats that are dirtier than the ones they took away. We used to get a 3x15” mat and many times they didn’t have a new one to replace our old one with. Sometimes the mats have been smelly and once they didn’t come and replace it for a whole week, even though customer service said someone would come that day. One mat had a small piece missing on the edge of the mat. They have raised their prices on us by unreasonable amounts, within months of signing the contract. I have never been so unhappy with another company’s service and I hope my review can save someone else from the grief that we have had to deal with.

One of the worse & unorganised businesses I have ever dealt with in the 18 years I have been in the Spa industry. Every weekly delivery was wrong for the entire 5 months of being with them. I requested that they cancel deliveries due to improper service and now 3 months later the Newmarket office sent a registered letter to my Business stating that they are cancelling my service due to non-payment and requesting full payment of a service that was never provided correctly! And have furthermore forwarded my file to a third party collections company! Also stated in this generic letter that a copy of the contract and worksheet was attached however it wasn't! This is after the Sudbury office agreed that the service was never provided properly and offered a 50% discount of the cost owed. After speaking to multiple business owners who have used their services apparently this is the norm for Cintas. \Improperly provide a service contrary to what promised and still charge for it\ I'm sorry this is not how my business runs.

Best company ever, saved me so much time and money on some of the things. Don't mind paying an extra 50c for a beautiful dispensing systems in all of my facility.
