I really don’t understand the negative comments about this lab. I’ve had an excellent experience getting ultrasound scans and X-rays. Polite, professional and efficient are how I would describe appointment.

Go somewhere else and do yourself a favor. When I showed up to my appointment turns out the receptionist I booked with forgot to add the 1/2 things I was there for so I have to come back another day. Funny enough while waiting 28 minutes for my appointment the same thing happened to another person that showed up and she has to come back as well. The doctor who assessed me seemed great though so I'm happy about that
DO NOT go to this lab, they are so disorganized and unprofessional. They messed up a very time sensitive obstetrical appointment by booking me for the wrong one, when they only had one tech who could do it and she was on vacation for two weeks??? And they didn’t even help me find somewhere else to go even though they knew it was time sensitive. I thought ok, everyone makes mistakes so I booked my next ultrasound for 4 weeks later and two hours before my appointment they call casually to tell me the tech had an emergency and that my appointment would have to be rescheduled a week out...so casually like they were calling about a hair appointment. I don’t know who runs a business like this with one tech and no one on call, but do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
My mom was told to go here as directed by her family doctor because there is a suspicion she might have a blood clot in her leg. To me this is a serious issue that needs to be looked at right away. So we show up to the office and she tries to check in but they said they don't have anything for her and it's not a walk in clinic because of covid so they can't see her until tomorrow. Unbelievable. We call our doctors office back and they said they sent the requisition over immediately and that it is unacceptable not to be seen today and she made it possible for my mother to get in . I don't understand how this receptionist thought it was ok to turn my mother away with a potential blood clot.
I stood at the front of the line for approximately 5 minutes while the 2 receptionists typed away on their computers, without a single acknowledgement of my presence. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a minute”, not a single word, nothing. I waited patiently until I was called forward. Not a very pleasant first experience. Quite rude actually.
