I dealt with David and I have to say he was absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend him to everyone. I had zero knowledge on carpets and he was so patient with me. He made sure I knew exactly what to look for and made sure I was happy with what I picked. It took me about a year to pick the carpets because of so many ups and downs on my end, plus I had no idea on which way to go. I never had carpet in my homes, I always had hardwood floors. So this was a very hard decision for me, but David was always ready to help and never made me feel bad for taking so long on deciding. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful.

I was very please with the quality of customer service received by David Duncan at the Newmarket location of Alexanian. He offered to bring multiple samples to our place so that we could check several different options with the rest of the decor. Scheduled the appointment in the late afternoon before a major holiday as this was the only time that I was available. Once at our place, David provided valuable advice and showed flexibility in order to meet our budget. The condo management requested proof of insurance and all sort of documents that David promptly forwarded . He responded immediately to emails and text messages and when we had to reschedule the carpet installation demonstrated flexibility and understanding. The crew that removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet was equally outstanding and efficient. David explained the process in detail and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had to change the carpet in three large rooms and everything was done in one day. Really pleased with the quality of their service.

Our LVP flooring from Alexanian was just installed in our basement and washrooms and is spectacular. David took the time bring over samples in our own house to ensure the most beautiful and practical product was chosen. The colour and quality from Shaw is amazing. The install crew were extremely clean and detailed oriented insuring every aspect of fit was perfect. We originally looked at Big Box stores but they don’t carry the quality flooring or have customer service like Alexanian. Thank you David and Alexanian. Don’t buy your flooring anywhere else!

We are SO happy with our stairs re-model! Everyone who worked on the job was very professional, friendly and Covid safe. From Dave (sales), Derrek & Michael (installers) to Hanna (stain/finish) everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Derrek actually did additional things that I hadn't thought of and enhanced the end result that much more. Thank you Alexanias!
