I purchase trusses off diamond Truss about a year ago. Beware, this company over sells their material. I was left over with 63 hurricane ties. The issue isn't the extra pieces it's the fact that they won't return it. It's frustrating for me to pay the premium that I did and not be able to return excess materials that was purchased off of them. To top it off I called them to inquire where I can return them and the head rep thatI(Nick) suggesteds that aI themstole nd that I'm trying to return them. All in all I don't think this is a professional company to deserve p anyone's business. Beware !!!!
