The lady was nice enough, but charged double for other washing machines. Then started grabbing my laundry out of my dryer why handling everything else. Never used hand sanitizer or lifted her mask up once while I waited for my laundry. I think I'll re wash it at the other laundry mat that is more covid sensitive.

This place has a high rating, but I assure you that it isn't worth going to. The machines are old and it's not worth the trip to this place.

As we walked into the business, the lady (I’m assuming the owner or ft employee leaves) leaving one younger man in charge. We went & put our laundry in the machines and needed to buy some pods and get change, so waited at the counter whilst the young man was playing with the TV( which was absolutely blaring loud) we waited a good 2 minutes before I asked him if he was working and he said Oh yeah.. and came over still looking back at the tv.. he gave us the pods and took a phone call on his cell before giving us our change. He walked over to the tables and started folding laundry as he was still talking on the phone. He finally got off the phone and I said hello we need change from that? And he was like yeah I’m coming back... he was just utterly not interested in being there and couldn’t have been more rude. I will not be returning to this laundromat, they offer little to no seating, the water cooler was empty and hardly any of the machines work. Not to mention you have to listen to extremely loud tv/ games on the tv.
