The vets have been good, but today they completely skipped my appointment. I waited outside for 20mins trying to get a hold of them and then gave up. When I spoke to them later I didn't even get an acknowledgement or apology for them missing the appointment.

We love this place almost as much as our dog does! I only say \almost\ because it is impossible to love it more than Bonnie. She gets such great cuddles and love from the staff and has zero fear going here. We live nearby and she drags us to their door whenever we come close to the building! She gets so disappointed when it's closed and her friends aren't there. The whole team is so great and and very warm and professional. I love that they always call to check up on her the day after she visits to make sure she's doing okay. We're so happy to have such a great vet close to us!

I do not suggest this vet if you have a cats! I came here because we use to take my family dog here and they were great; however, since I’ve been taking my cats here it’s been a terrible experience. My 1 year old cat has had a few gastro issues, resulting in 2 invasive surgeries in less than 6 months. To make a long story short- basically I believe the second surgery could have been prevented and saved me 8,000 if after the first surgery my vet would have been more proactive in following up with the surgeons instructions. Both surgeries were done at Canada West- the discharge summary mentioned “possible gastroenteritis/ IBS /pancreatiti etc”. More recently after her being sick for a second time when I called their office to ask for some advice I was told to take her to Canada West...after 4 days, multiple scan, and another surgery for the same issue as before I didn’t receive a follow up call from my vets office until 3 weeks later! Needless to say I have switched vets and looking forward to figuring out how to help my cat

I was so happy to get Queen's Park recommended to me after moving here 2 years ago. All the staff are super friendly, kind and caring; always asking how all the family members are doing regardless of who is in for their check-up. I've seen a few different doctors here and they have all been excellent. Very thorough during exams. Super surprised at how they calm our semi-feral cats. Great discussions around vaccinations and helping me make the decisions I think are best for our pets. I always leave with the knowledge I need to keep my pets happy and healthy. Zira, Bruce and Shirley are in great hands at Queen's Park Pet Hospital and give an all paws up recommendation!
