No problem with the store or their products but it was the staff two ladies working they were very short and abrupt with customers that were purchasing items even when I bought my items they were very abrupt It’s felt like me being in the store was not appreciative I felt more like it was an inconvenient but I was there buying stuff

Today was not my first time going to this Purdy's location, but today I stopped there for some impulse ice cream with the kids and was especially pleased with the service. The ice cream and chocolate was great as it always is and the customer service was by far the best I have ever received. The name of our server was Niteh and she was so welcoming to the kids and knowledgeable about the various chocolates the children found her fascinating that we must have been there for at least ten minutes just talking to her. I highly recommend going here the next time a sugar craving hits.
