We want to thank Public Storage for the professional service we received from them. We had to store items for a few years as we new s family member would need these items later. The day finally came and we removed our items at the end of the month. We were unable to get into their office until the beginning of the next month. We assumed we would have to pay for the following month anyways. They told us that they had already canceled our account as during their inspection they could see we had cleaned out the storage locker. I told my husband we would probably have to pay for the last month. So we were very surprised and pleased they had not charged us. If anyone needs storage I highly recommend them. Ratings don’t lie. If you want a five star service, here is where you go. Maroun and Sepi really made my day and helped every step of the way. The place is secure, well lit, there’s security and all the alarms so you feel really at peace. They also have insurance for your stuff. These guys really made my day and I strongly recommend them!
Isabelle and Kishan were both fantastic in assisting me with making the arrangements for a locker rental. Isabelle took the time to show me the facility and how to enter the security gate. She went over the agreement and was extremely pleasant. Would high recommend the facility...

I'm so glad i found this location. Maroum was extremely helpful in setting up my account and providing me the deal that worked best (for the duration i wanted). Ken showed me around the storage units and helped me find the size that was most suitable. I have to apllaud their patience. There was a system glitch during payment process, and Maroum handled it quickly by calling IT support staff. He made sure my entry & exit codes were working fine and that I was all set. Rare to see this level of personal attention im any service industry. A from me.
