0 star Terrible customer service!!! We came in for our baby's monthly photos. Manager started raising her voice, rudely \explaining\ she can't upload photos if we don't have an appointment. Apparently that's how she talks to everyone! We didn't have an appointment last month and the photographer uploaded our baby's photos without no issues. We weren't told then we had to make an appointment then.

Very unpleasant experience taking passport photo for my 4 weeks old granddaughter on 13/4. The environment was filled with dust and we’re reluctant to let the baby stay for too long but the staff spent more than an hour promoting their package instead of giving us the photos in 15 minutes. What’s worse is she won’t let us view the passport photo and just printed it when we insisted to leave, and the photo doesn’t look good as a newborn can’t sit straight. According to passport office’s instruction, photos of newborns can be taken when they’re on the car seat but the staff rudely declined this request. They claim they’re expert taking passport photo for newborns and we’ve to trust them.
Really Bad first the lady was standing at the exit of Walmart while I was leaving. She gave me a coupon to get free pictures taken at the photo studi. she was very eager I make a appointment or take pictures the same day but we ended up getting appointment. On the day of the appointment I sent my mother with my kids to take the pictures she suggested i come immediately after the pictures were taken. I rushed from work made it by 5pm the same day. She showed me the pictures which were not great but okay at the same time she said to get them the full package ranged from 179.99 which is so expensive to get 1 picture was 29.95 I asked her to give me time to decide because I thought the photo shots were free and I can take the pictures anywhere to print them. She gave me wrong information and I dont want to ever deal with a lying scam company at least tell the customers we have to purchase from you rather then miss guide them. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF TIME!! AND DEFINITELY A LADY WHO JUST WANTS TO FILL HER POCKET FAST
We went with a groupon and were so impressed with the service and photos that we purchased all the digital shots and some hard copies. Would recommend.
