Start by saying I am new to cigar smoking and I was up front with the gentleman working that we were new. I had some ideas of a couple cigars I wanted to try and he was nice to offer up some of this recommendations. From when we walked in to the time we left, we felt welcome, not judged and he was very willing to take his time to explain things. We enjoyed this recommendation and service, that we went back the same day to get a couple more of that cigar and a couple others. In both visits he checked each cigar for quality before letting us purchase the cigar. We will definitely be heading back to this store again very soon.
