I only recently found out there’s Lowe’s in Canada as I usually go to Home Dpt. Located in an industrial area kind of tuck in so you must go by car with gps. I came here around 6:30pm on a Thursday night. It’s kind of dead but it’s definitely well staff which I don’t mind as I can easily get access for question right away. Staff are friendly and gives straight answer as I’m a type who don’t like to go around in circle. I came here for air fryer but they only have one model in store. I was told there’s more option online and could have it deliver to my residence for free and I thought thats pretty sweet. I was also shown where to find an oven light bulb in the aisle which was retailed 5. I will definitely come back here next time. If you like this review please give me a thumbs up

Went in looking for a quick fix. Got talking to Dave Neal and when he was finished I knew everything I needed to know to fix the underlying problem. He then helped me source some products they were out of stock on. Very impressed.
Terrible customer service. Employees stand around doing nothing, and don't offer help. Just as well, they don't know anything about products anyway. Upon checkout, cashier shuffled papers for two minutes before looking up and saying \oh\. I thought she was helping the other guy, who was also standing there. Purchased product online for in-store pickup, was told they can't price-match at customer service. Have to call in. Called in, took 40 minutes for them to check the product before saying no. I'm returning it and ordering it from Amazon for 30% cheaper. Terrible first impression, will probably stick to Rona and Home Depot.
