Fred has been helping us with our glass needs for years. We have been very impressed with his workmanship, professionalism and prices. We have a 100 year old home and he has unstuck stuck windows, replaced missing and broken glass in antique furniture and sourced and replaced vintage window panes. He goes above and beyond to get the work done quickly with very little notice at times.

Fred expertly cut a rare piece of thin wavy glass from 1905 for me. Very professional, and very personable. Great to find a person like this that you can trust to do it right. A true Craftsman.
I am an employee of this business and in regards to Robert G.'s review, this scenario is unfair and inaccurate. I was witness to this phone conversation and this potential customer was vague in his inquiry and did not allow us to go onsite to complete a proper and accurate evaluation for his request. His lack of information pertaining to the job and his frustration with possible costing (depending on the scope of the work) left him unsatisfied and led to this inaccurate review. We've been serving the Royal City for over 30 years with zero negative feedback. We do our best but unfortunately, there are always customers that are harder to please.
