Important that you consider Rahul when choosing representation. Separation of a couple with a keen lasting instinct to family care is rare to find. The best intentions for objective leadership through the legal system is found at Clean Divorce. My case long with times where perspective had to be calmly re-evaluated and goals adjusted. Marriages end but families go on if the right guide is leading your journey.

Bottom line is, I spent 13 months and 12,000 trying to get a separation agreement, to no avail and I am on civil, even friendly terms with my ex! The process seems intentionally drawn out so as to ensure the maximum charges. Furthermore, I do not find Rahul to be transparent in his billing; he waited 10 months to tell me that my retainer was up and that I owed 8000. Even if you have an agreement, things like custody are still unresolved. Divorce/parenting coaches are recommended, which means you have to continue to spend money. Personally, I can no longer afford the collaborative process and would not recommend it.

I was more than pleased with the service I received from Rahul Aggarwal. As with many of these kind of issues, it dragged out for a very long time, with lots of gaps from my end. Rahul was patient, attentive, sympathetic and so helpful. I was particularly impressed with his overall philosophy of settling rather than dragging around in court. He told me that clients say “but it’s the principle of the thing”. Rahul would tell them: “Principle” costs you money. Keep your 20,000 for your children’s education. Don’t spend it on “principle”. This saved me not only time and emotional anguish but obviously a great deal of money. He was more than knowledgeable and took my requests and ideas very seriously and responded with all kinds of wisdom. He was incredibly thorough, but the cost was incredibly fair. I am so pleased with the service and the outcome that I am happy to submit this review and give 5 stars!
