Very pleased with my new blinds! The blinds themselves were high quality and beautiful. The service too was excellent. I had abit of a tricky blind situation but their rep Scott steered me in the right direction and the end result was gorgeous. The installer was very professional and did an amazing job quickly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I can't get over what a difference my new shades make. When I would be at my computer and looking towards the living room, all I would see were opaque, vertical blinds. I wouldn't know, without opening the blinds, whether it was raining or if the sun was out. Now, I can see that it's sunny but a bit windy and that a delivery truck is driving by. I'm so glad I made the decision to change to these shades. Dina was great to work with and made the process very simple. Thank you!

My vertical blinds were replaced with Signature Series Roller/Solar Shades. What a hugh improvement and they give my home a much warmer feeling!! I purchased my blinds from the fellow that serviced the Surrey area before clay took it over. This was awhile back and now I need a new wand. After calling I was told they could do that for me, but it would be 130.00 delivery fee. Update to my review.... Clay has gotten in touch with me. There was a misunderstanding. There is no need for him to make a house call to examine the blinds, so there is no delivery fee involved, Looking at my invoice these were purchased in 2009. Clay has gotten in touch with the company and they will be sending me a new wand in a couple of weeks.This has to rate 5 stars!
