HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MEDICINE BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME AND NEVER DID. I CALLED MYSELF AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS OF WAITING (ABOUT 4 WEEKS) AND THEY SAID \OH SORRY\ AND BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT. NOW I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY MEDICINE AND I CALLED IN AND NO ONE IS PICKING UP AFTER DAYS AND DAYS OF CALLING. THE NURSES AREN'T CALLING AND I'M SO HOPELESS. WHAT TYPE OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS ARE THESE?!?!? YOU ALL DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE HEALTH CARE FEILD BECAUSE YOU AREN'T TAKING YOUR PATIENTS SERIOUSLY!!!! HOW CARELESS!! SOMEONE'S HEALTH IS NOT A JOKE. I have been waiting on the line for over an hour! Unbelievable right?

The clinic called me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor decided to be away on that day. I came 5 weeks later on the rescheduled date and found out that my appointment was not in their computer system. I was added on and had waited for over one hour to see the doctor. When we finally got to see the doctor, he ask \How are you?\ while looking at his phone facing back to us. The whole experience with the administrative staff and the Doctor was unpleasant !

Waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes until I have to leave for work. I have been there before but only waited for 30 minutes but this time was worst. The receptionist kept telling me to wait to be called. There were 3 nurses but only one was seeing patients until she went for lunch break. The other 2 nurses did not call any patients from the start that I was there so I don't know why receptionist insisting that there were 2 other nurses available while the only nurse who was so busy seeing patient was on break. I have to walk out without telling the front desk as there's no bodybody there that time only one patient who just came.
