Overall good experience. A little late to show up. About an hour beyond quoted time so we waited just under 2hrs but whatever. Tow companies aren’t run on a perfect science. Otherwise the driver was nice and courteous. Made sure both our vehicle and us made it to the same place in good shape waited until we got there to get the car off the flatbed safely. Pricing was reasonable I think for flatbed and tow. If they got the timing the same as was quoted I would give 5 out of 5 stars. So for now it’s 4. But thats still a B. I would still recommend them.

Nice people but be careful on pricing, they give you an estimate upfront then add fees at the end. Expect to pay 30-40% more than what they quote.
Simple traffic rules do not apply to Aria Towing.
