I hired New Trend Home Improvement to renovate my 3 bathrooms and foyer area (2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 powder room and foyer). I'm very pleased with the work Afshin and his team done for my bathrooms and on time, less than 3 weeks. Each bathroom was gutted to just floor and wall, and then installs everything new. I'm also very impressed with the advice and the care that Afshin put in and he always updates me the progress on a weekly bases. During the renovation weeks, there were some minor issues with the layout but with Afshin's advice and professionalism, he came up with a better solution without breaking the current set agreement and budget - for that, I really appreciated. I would recommend anyone to give him a call and visit your house for a quote.
Even though my project was a relatively small one, Afshin treated it like it was a million renovation. I knew from the start he was honest and straight-up, he told me exactly what would work and what wouldn't work as well. That was important to me: hiring someone I could trust. And also, someone who cared for the smallest detail being right. The project turned out beautifully, was done quickly and stayed right on budget. I had a few kitchen installers come over to give a quote, and Afshin stood out from that very moment. While everyone else rushed to produce a pretty picture of the kitchen having just taken a few measurements, Afshin spent time investigating where everything was, how far the pipes would have to go, plumbing connections, what difficulties he might face. As a result, he knew what he was doing, he did not exceed his quote, or the promised duration of the project. Besides being extremely professional, Afshin never did any sales speeches, was clear and honest and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with quality of his and his team's work. Full Kitchen Remodel I did the usual, get a number of firms to come to my place and tell me what they can do, what they recommend and how much will it cost. New trend were informative and valuable in my decision making, as a corporate professional, I did not have any real experience with doing this type of work and I was glad to be given options and guidance. It took a couple of days longer than I expected but one month later I am happy with the work and will be calling again when I do my bathroom later this year.
