Had equalizers and shackles upgraded on my 37 foot travel trailer. Did it when promised and for less than they quoted since it took less time. Way easier than dealing with RV dealer. Don't expect them to cut corners (I didn't)) or they'll likely send you on your way.

I have been dealing with McFarlane's since 2012, and could not speak more highly of the service I have received there. I have purchased two 6' x 12' enclosed utility trailers from them in that time, and have been very happy with their quality as well as the after-sales service. I have also rented trailers from them on occasion, and that experience has been smooth as well. 5-stars for sure, and I'd give more if I could!

We purchased a new small cargo trailer for our music group. It is a 4 by 6 Pace America enclosed trailer which we ordered with dark blue sides to match our van colour! The trailer quality, size, appearance and price were very appealing. Mcfarlanes owner/employees were very helpful from our first visit and did everything we needed such as getting new license plate and installing appropriate hitch. I would definitely recommend their business to others. We drove 50 minutes to New Hamburg ...worth the drive!

I wish I would have bought a trailer from McFarlane trailers... but instead I bought a miska trailer. I bought from miska because I needed something bigger than what McFarlane’s had and I needed it right away. I’ve regretted my decision to do so since the day I picked my miska trailer up. I received my trailer with damage on it and to this day it still hasn’t been fixed and continues to literally fall apart after only one use. Do your homework before you buy a trailer else where. Below is some pictures of the damage that the trailer had on it at pickup, the panel that came unglued after one use and the axle bracket welded crooked. Also Brain was great to deal with and not pushy like the guys at miska. Also I’m sure he’d stand behind his product... unlike the guys at miska, that have a hard time calling back or even remembering my name! Like Paul the sales manager at miska.
