Purchased a home from these yahoos 10 years ago. I have been fixing issues to date: They didn't finish sealing up plumping - raw sewage was coming up Roof is coming apart - water is leaking in Chimney not sealed correctly - caulking not good enough, where's the metal flashing?! Only matter of time till more water Water softener installed all wrong - it doesn't go in the septic tank guys! Drywall tape is peeling off - LAZY Jets for the soaker tub - no access panel, had to make one myself. Nice work. I'm sure to find more, will add to this as I go.
