I placed my first order a few weeks ago and finally tried my new candle-making supplies (e.g. soy/coconut wax and fragrance oils) this weekend. The fragrance oils are fantastic so far! I look forward to seeing how the wax and scent behave when I light the candles next week. I had to change my shipping option and address last minute and the customer service was quick, efficient, and kind! My only \con\ would be the limited hours as they are only open Mon to Fri during typical working hours, so I hope they can increase their hours, so I can pick up my future orders! Fingers crossed.
Amazing scents and candle vessels! I use them weekly and my customers are so happy with the quality of the wax in my candles. This is now my go to for all my candle supplies. Customer service is fantastic no contact and very efficient:)
Love ordering from New Directions, the people here are always friendly and quick. Able to get my order in a matter of minutes if there's no other customers. I've been ordering from them for a few years now and I keep recommending people to them if they're the type to make stuff themselves.
