Nestwealth customer service has always answered my questions in a prompt and thoughtful way no matter the request. Even after I closed my account (through no fault of Nestwealth) Dax at customer support helped me get all of my tax documents that I required when requested.

I have been using Nest Wealth for 4 years. Up until recently, I have been very pleased with their service and repsonse time . In the last month, it is impossible to get anyone to respond. Requests are replied with only auto-responses that there may be delays to do high customer request. Phone appointment system is not working. Clearly they are understaffed to meet custmomer needs. I will move my accounts from from NestWealth. Not even the CEO Randy Cass replies

Perhaps we are just the unlucky ones. Computer glitches, custodian errors, poor communication about the transfer from our former investment group. It seems if they touch anything we have asked the to touch, something has gone wrong. As an investment tool, I am sure it will be fine. Easy to use and intuitive. Just don't ask them to do anything. Addendum: After 2 years, we've reached rock bottom. Although they have just hired a new Customer Success Manager, we will not be along to see how he does. We went through 2 weeks of no contact, no emails, no answers. Could not get anyone to respond. Once the new mgr came on board, we had our questions answered then have decided to leave. I will never forget the feeling of desperation when we couldn't contact anyone to access OUR money!
