We used NEST home renovation for our condo last year and were very pleased with the service they provided. As soon as we booked Igor's team, they began to work tirelessly to complete our requests (new floors, walls, crown molding, pot-lights, TV unit build, painting etc). They would always show up early in the day and worked hard to complete our entire home before the scheduled date. Overall, their attention to detail and advise was extremely valuable and helped us achieve our dream home design. Their prices are also pretty much unbeatable, which is a HUGE bonus! We recommend them 100% to those looking for a hassle free and friendly renovation experience.

Igor and his team worked previously at different projects for our home renovation: drywall, house exterior painting, etc.. Our house looks new and very modern. They are professional and reliable. I chose Nest for Reno project at my home based on their positive reviews, ratings and feedback. Glad that I picked them as they did not disappoint me. Vasily and his crew were very professional, finished the work on time and were very fast in work execution. Honest and very reliable, did a fabulous job at my house. Very disappointed with the workmanship from Nest. The quality and finish of the walls and ceiling is low quality as shown in the pics. Walls are buckling up and the taping is showing, and the sanding between the drywall joints was horribly done. I called and texted Ihor and Ian many times and Ihor called me back once and said he will look into it. I’ve called and texted to hear back but they are completely ignoring every means that I have tried to reach them with. I have patiently been trying to reach them since March and it’s been 7 months and still waiting. They need to live up and honour the contract that was agreed and signed on with the one year warranty and they should not hide away from there customers. I initially left them with 5 stars review when the job was done but I’m pulling that back as they do not honour the work they did and they completely ignore and hide away from there customers once they get paid. Very disappointed and completely unprofessional
From the first meeting with Nest, I felt like I am talking to a professional. I had many ideas about how I wanted my home to look like. Nest has delivered and exceeded my expectations. Will highly recommend Nest Enterprises to my friends and family.
Painting works (walls, baseboards, doors, ceiling) and Stucco Removal: I would like to thank NEST Enterprises for their completed job and commitment. I have hired them to renovate and paint my walls and remove stucco (popcorn) ceiling at 1bedden condo. I had really tough deadlines (only 5 days before I was moving in) and NEST Enterprises – represented by Ihor - agreed to take this assignment. The project included the following works: - To remove popcorn on ceiling, to sand it and paint it to make it flat; - To paint all walls, baseboards, closets and doors; We have agreed on all works and materials over the phone and agreed to have an exact estimate after their estimator visit to the apartment. After the visit and taking all measurements, estimator has sent me a quote the same day in the evening. All my questions were answered promptly and overall NEST Enterprises was very attentive to my needs. The agreed schedule of the entire work was adhered – the renovation team arrived on time and completed their work on time as well. The work itself was done accurately, we asked to cover the floors to avoid dirt and scratches and they did. They cleaned everything after their work was done. Overall, the whole team was very positive and it was a pleasure to communicate with all of them. In short, I had a great experience with NEST Enterprises. They are reliable and committed to complete the agreed work. I believe this attitude is essential for this type of business. I would definitely work with NEST in my future reno needs, as well as I would recommend their services to anyone who is planning to do the renovation of walls or ceiling. Thank you very much. Valerie
This company is using stolen photos to advertise as their own custom built homes on Facebook. I would not trust any builder that advertises others work as their own. They stole photos from other builders or architects to pass off as their own work. VERY SHADY
Very friendly owner with a very experienced and knowledgeable crew. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will recommend them to anyone who needs renovations or is planning to build their dream home!
