Came on the eve of Chinese New Year at 7pm, didn't look too busy so we decided to pop in for dinner. Knowing most Chinese restaurants are usually packed this time of year, we should have taken this as a sign of things to come. We got our orders in at 7:15, got our wonton order at 7:35 and nothing else. As our young daughter was nearing her bedtime and getting cranky,we had to just get up and leave. We weren't expecting an A dining experience but this was awful. We had no warning that the food would take over an hour, and staff (including the manager) kept telling us things were coming ight away\. What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into a nightmare. Inexplicable that they couldn't at least warn us the food would take this long. The servers unfortunately took the brunt of the frustration from so many customers. The manager apparently decided giving us 10 percent off for us sitting there for 1.5 hours made up for the lack of, well everything. We paid for the wontons and left as quickly as we could.
The poor service and they let me feel if you can not speak Cantonese , they won’t to sever you
One of the best Cantonese Chinese restaurants in Vancouver. And late night discount menu is amazing. Totally covid conscious. They take your temp, sit socially distanced apart. And the food is done of the best seafood you'll ever have. Can't wait till my food gets here. Salt and pepper squid and Shiu Mai. Check out the photos. A definite late night go to.
