My wife and I have been living here since Spring of 2014 and purchased 13 months prior to that, so I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to write a review. Uniform is a wonderful builder and has reassured time and time again why they should be recognized as one of Ottawa's top builders. From initial point of contact upon purchase to any minor issues that have crept up during the many years of ownership, Uniform has always been there for us in not only gaining our initial purchase but supporting their product during our after sales experience. I would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family and actually have 4 close friends living in our neighborhood currently. Special shout out to Maureen and Jim for making our experience stellar.

Uniform’s professionals lead you through a dynamic process by which you accomplish your dream custom finished home! Along the way you feel you engage with keen representatives who emulate Uniform’s closely honoured principles generated obviously from the top down. Uniform has embraced the true meaning of the word value. From this company’s owners through to their personnel and trades, basically at all levels there is a reassuring feeling of doing things right. The final experience and resulting beautiful home has been extremely rewarding for me as a new homeowner! I thank all the people who have made this truly a dream come true.
First time home buyer, was impressed with the selections process from start to finish. Never felt rushed or overwhelmed, every individual took the time to make sure I felt comfortable, understood all of my options and all of my questions were answered. House already comes standard with finished basement and granite/hardwood on the main floor. Other standard fixtures and options do not disappoint. Haven't moved in yet but I live in a uniform home now so know the quality I purchased. Overall great experience thus far. Would absolutely recommend.
We bought a townhouse last year. We are happy with design centre and their quality standard. The only concern that we have is their sales strategy. We wish to buy a single home and we were waiting for Uniform release of single home lots for more than a year. When Uniform sent out the email that they are releasing new lots, after 15 minutes there was a line up and they sold all lots. However, less than a month after this event Uniform released new lots again & sold them by lottery system. We were surprised why Uniform didn't release all lots at the same time. That way we would have bought our dream house.
