Wow! What an incredible experience! I dropped the ball and had to get last minute alterations done to my dress as a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding and my mother also needed to have her dress shortened etc. The owner helped me personally. She was polite, offered reassurance and made me feel extremely comfortable. With the wedding less than a week away, she agreed to have both dresses done in just a few days. I'm so grateful! ***Also, beautiful dresses in the store!

The store, staff are amazing. I went there and met the owner 10 minutes before the store and mall were closing, but the owner understood the urgency of my request and fixed my pants for me before they closed. THANK YOU!
I went to 10- 12 dress shops in Ottawa and this store was the best! They provided not only the best service but also have the most unique and gorgeous dresses that I didn't see anywhere else. I am so confident that the alterations will be amazing with the level of expertise and pride the owner takes in her dresses. Thank you so much!!
I've been here twice since moving to Barrhaven a yr and half ago. Just last month I had curtains hemmed. They didn't follow instructions and actually cut them and then hemmed. I was shocked when I picked them up, and told them, the seamstress saw instructions left but too late, job was done. She apologized, and I had to ask for a partial refund- since I had paid for the work upfront as they ask for that. They offered me 25 credit towards next service. Really? you cut my curtains, something that cannot be undone, and instead of offering me a full refund, or any refund, ( I had to ask). I will not be using this credit or going there again. Cannot follow simple instructions, I'd hate to see what they would do to a wedding dress!!!
My favorite wedding dress store so far. Love the dresses and the two amazing ladies who run the store. Also the place to go for world class alterations.
