This was my eighth year returning to Santaville for our annual ornament. This was also my favourite year out of all them. The girl with red hair made me the most beautiful ornament for my wife and I. She went the extra mile for us without even being asked to!! Sadly she wouldn’t accept our tip but at least we tried! Very solid job this year and I would recommend Bayshore location over any other

Customer service is above and beyond. I wanted an ornament and it was the last one and it had a scratch on it. Sales associate offered a damaged discount and while personalizing the ornament the associate was able to cover the scratch with paint. I was beyond impressed with my experience. 10/10 would recommend!
Cute little store but terrible customer service. There’s lot of confusion as to where you pay and where you pick up your item. The employees working on the engraving are rude and disregard any questions. We waited for over 30 mins for the item. When we came back, we had to wait again, because they were busy, this time on their phones
