We went for an appointment and left with a new RV. Service from Zeyad, Rob and Michel was super friendly and honest. When the RV we were considering was not appropriate for our tow vehicle, we were suggested an RV that was exactly what we were looking for, and given an extra discount to buy it! Financing and closing the deal was a painless process. Now to enjoy our purchase this summer.

The transaction I had with RV Canada was a quick one at my request, I contact the sales department on a Wednesday and left with my travel trailer on the Saturday. As I was travelling from out of town I needed to ensure everything was in order prior to my arrival and they delivered. Possibly due to my situation once I arrived I felt rushed out the door, however even with this all was ready to go. Edited my review after a follow up from the sales agent. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend RV Canada.
Austin was wonderful to deal with, safe and pleasant. Some of the other sales people do not wear their masks properly which is very disturbing. The salesman on the left when you walk in was a Covid nightmare.
We purchased a camper trailer from RV Canada Ottawa - fully paid for it before we even made the 6 hr drive to their facility. Pre-sale discussions by phone gave us complete confidence in this dealership. Pricing was competitive. The unit fully met our expectations and was properly serviced and ready when we arrived. Great experience buying a used RV from RV Canada.
