My fathers house had a serious drain blockage! The double laundry tubs were full of water. All of the sinks in the house were backing up into it. I called DS Plumbing, they sent out someone the next day. Trevor arrived on time, inspected the situation and had it fixed in an hour. He was very professional, honest, helpful and cleaned up after his work. He also checked other areas of the house to ensure things were in good working order. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone. Trevor also provided me with a quote for a bathroom renovation my dad will consider.

Phenomenal service! I contacted Out of This World Plumbing over the holidays and they responded right away with with scheduled date and time that worked for us. Our technician, Craig, showed up on time and was quickly able to diagnose our issue. In mere minutes he was able to take care of our issue and offered a time credit for the quick visit. Following this initial issue being solved, he offered to do a comprehensive walk through of our new home's plumbing and how to care for it to prevent future visits. We covered our bathrooms, laundry room, main water shut off, basement drain, and hot water tank. He showed us how to care for our plumbing in a preventative way and recommended several products and tools. Throughout the visit, Craig was kind, professional, clean and courteous. Our final bill was incredibly reasonable and we are beyond satisfied with the service offered by Craig and Out of This World Plumbing. Craig and Out of This World Plumbing have my highest recommendation for their professionalism, knowledge and expertise and excellent communication. Thank you!
Service was fantastic. Called on Jan 1st due to an issue with our sewerage pump failing. The were able to come the next day and install a new pump. Clean, polite and excellent service. Would recommend to everyone if you have issues with any of your plumbing. Thank for taking great care of us. We appreciate the work.
I just purchased this older home. To my surprise one of my 3 bathrooms did not have any shutoff valves to the sink which sink and vanity needed to be replaced. Furthermore there were only the old shutoff valves to the toilets which concerned me. Another bathroom had serious leaks to the shutoff valves. I called Out of This World Plumbing and within one hour Craig Muir came in to my rescue. He very thoroughly investigated all my water issues and beyond to ensure that what I experienced was all the problem there really was. Craig made several recommendations. He explained very clearly all the water components of my home. I felt very comfortable at his expertise. He proceeded to make the changes and repairs needed. He cleaned up after himself with the vacuum cleaner he had brought. He documented everything so as to build a history for future follow ups. I am very thankful to Craig for his thoroughness and great experience. There is nothing so worrisome as to have water problems.
