I was in trouble and stressed as I started using a provider for my VoIP phones that promised me all sorts of things and did not deliver, very disappointing. I make a few calls to a few companies early one Friday morning about 2 weeks ago and the Owner/President of Netcelerate Jack picked up the phone and I really felt he was concerned for my business which relies on calls to book appointments. Two days later he sent his lead person who takes care of VoIP phones/services who visited me at my 2 retail locations and a day after that, I was up and running again with full service As there was much to accomplish, Jack the owner even called me on a Sunday morning had one of his team members dial into the call to get things resolved. I am now up and running and see nothing but a bright and positive experience with this company, thanks Jack, Rob and the team at Netcelerate!
