We are doing a major kitchen/family renovation and my husband and I have very different design ideas. Before we choose any product we want to make sure that we have plenty of options from which to choose and that is one of the reasons why I highly recommend that you should go to Masterpiece on Bentley Avenue. They have the very BEST selection of countertops that I could find anywhere in Ottawa and you can actually choose the exact slab(s) that you want in your home. The service is outstanding and the staff are very knowledgeable. We told one of the staff what we were looking for and, without hesitation, he suggested two different granite slabs (out of hundreds in the warehouse) and, within minutes, we had made our choice. We wish we had known of Masterpiece earlier in our search for a beautiful countertop. It would have saved us a lot of time!

An absolute amazing selection of stone! Kind friendly and very helpful staff!!!
Huge selection, very attentive service. My only problem was when I asked to see other slabs that correspond to my description, the worker said there is nothing else but the 2 I was shown....Then I found 3-4 more (on their website) and now have to go for another visit. Not a huge issue, but that is why I'm giving it only a 4 star review. Just make sure to do a \full tour\ when you're there, and it will be fine.
I was impressed with the selection and customer service at Masterpiece. I compared prices and selection with other stores and eventually chose Masterpiece. I visited Masterpiece numerous times before eventually making a choice. I appreciated the help received from the staff at Masterpiece.
