I had a great experience using Impressive Climate control. Our system was flagged by the home inspector and as soon as we contact them, they provided us with a plan and a timeline to fixed it. Also they provide an alternative way to replace all the equipment's as they were 20 years old. Installation of both units took a day an half, they cleaned after themselves. Also we got a follow up from them as we mentioned to them we would like to install ecobee thermostat. Overall we are happy with our unit for upcoming seasons. Scheduling and overall cost, they were better than the other we contacted.

They were courteous, friendly, professional and kept me in the loop when my new gas fireplace delivery was delayed. Everything looks great and functions nicely. Very pleased with the end result.

The team that came to our home we're professional and courteous. I found the price to be a bit obnoxious, though. It's 175tax for them to show up to service your gas fireplace, then add labour on top of that. I paid 500 for them to troubleshoot a problem and \unstick\ a valve. No parts replacement, etc. They were here about an hour, with realistically one guy working. I would recommend them based on them solving the problem, but again I felt the price was a bit high.

I bought a Vanee 200H HRV with good price from Impressive Climate Control. This product is exactly what I am looking for to replace my old HRV system. It has been running smoothly after I installed it successfully one day ago. I'd say Impressive Climate Control is a reliable business and I will definitely purchase other products or services from it later.

My gas-fired fireplace did not respond to the remote control. Amir identified the receiver was defective and ordered me new parts. The new remote works even better than the old one ever did.
