worst utility company ever. someone should lose their job over this last outage. the website did not have any useful info .. they were upgrading their system on the fly from useless lists to useless maps. their twitter was alive and well - with them bragging about \signing off for some zzz's\ while those without power were scrambling. but as we all know - no one of substance will get fired. they'll all retire with full benefits - and use this outage as a reason to increase the rates ...

Disgusting. I got a 200 hydro bill when Im used to paying 40-70/month. I live in a small bachelor apartment and dont even have T.V or Internet. How do you justify that? Criminals!!! The explanation I got was well sir it was very cold in December. Are you kidding me Im not 12, thats the best you can come up with? My brother owns a house and doesnt pay that much. Absolutely sickening! A single father living paycheck to paycheck has to pay this outrageous bill!!!! How do you sleep at night?
