Their portions are huge. Chicken shawarma was tender and tasty. The only problem I found is with their beef. Somehow they were a bit chewy, but overall it is still great. Try their coconut macaroons, they are amazing!

unwelcoming and pushy staff. The food was tasteless and over priced. The chicken on the shawarma and salad I ordered were very dry. There are plenty of other shawarma locations that are much better. Also there were carrots on the Greek salad.. which is weird.
I have been a client since Aug 2016, in fact it was the first shwarma I ordered when I arrived in Barrhaven. They have remained consistent in quality and excellence since then and we have never been disappointed. The owner and his staff are amazing and always deliver. Other places have substandard food and rude staff, but Guava remains excellent.
The chicken shawarma poutine is life changing. The gravy is awesome, the chicken is perfect, and the cheese is great.
Hands down the best experience I’ve had years! The friendly staff and fresh, delicious food, reasonable prices. They really care about the food, you can tell!
