Great service! Had a slow leak in a tire, they were able to get me in the shop and patched up in under 2 hours! They had no issues checking my wheel bearings for me either. Overall excellent service and affordable(at least in my experience).I would definitely recommend!

Service was very good. I bought Nokian tires, and I have no expectation of paying the least amount. Driving away with the new tires and new steel rims on the car, I felt a slight wobble. I couldn't tell if the wobble was caused by the new tires/rims, or if it was uneven road. A month later, I still felt a wobble so I called them about it. I brought the car in the next day, and they rebalanced the tires/rims at no cost (they did find the rims to be out of balance). It would have been better if there was no wobble in the first place, but, the customer service was great. I would buy there again.
Woke up to a flat tire on my car. CAA came to put the spare on. Called around to lots of dealerships and tire places, they were all busy with winter tire changeovers. Someone suggested Frisby Tire, I called them, spoke to Lee he was so helpful, he told me to bring my car right over. Lee was busy serving a customer. Another man name Sandro helped me, got the tire out of my trunk, it was obvious where the nail was it wasn't fixable. He told me they would put the new tire on the rim, I could leave with the car and he would call me when they could mount the tire on my car. He called me back and said was able to have the new tire mounted on the car at a certain time if I could get there. Wow, what incredible customer service. Within a couple of hours they were able to have me on the road with my new tire. Now that is amazing customer service.
Frisby Tire, specifically the Clyde location, has been my mechanic for over 10 years now. Literally every time I walk in I feel like Norm form Cheers......I am greeted with such a warm welcome of \Jennel!!!!!\ Every person there from the owner, to the managers, to the staff at the counter, to the mechanics working on my car, always have my best interest at heart and have always gone above and beyond for me. Yesterday though, while in the morning I was brought to tears with some sad, unfortunate news regarding my car and the repairs that were needed to get me back on the road, in the afternoon I had tears of joy, happiness and graditude from the radical generosity that was offered by the service manager Lee. I am very grateful and blessed to have such wonderful people in my life that I call my Frisby friends who not only look after my car, but also look after me. Thank you Lee and everyone at Frisby Tire!!!!
