I was so pleased that Brady’s had the part I need to fix a leak in my hot tub as it’s winter and couldn’t wait for an online delivery. I understand it’s hard to operate a business during a lock down. When I arrived at the store after speaking to a nice man on the phone I was served by a very unpleasant girl, who insisted on showing me how upset she was that I came to purchase a part and had to serve me, she was extremely rude both on the phone and when she came out to meet me. Besides the poor customer service though, I was very happy they has my part in stock.

Recently purchased a hot tub and the service, dedication and customer care were outstanding. Brady himself came over to make sure everything was well installed and gave a personal tutorial on balancing and managing chemicals. Brady is unfailingly honest and professional. He has so much knowledge and experience, and his advice is always on point. I am a brand new pool owner since June 2019, and have used Brady exclusively. Their service has been impeccable and I have had a fantastic experience with a pool liner replacement and a pool pump replacement this year. Brady and his team are exceptionally professional and trustworthy. Very highly recommended by a very happy customer!!!
