Neopost now Quadient still the Worst! Nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company for 3 years. Contract fulfilled, equipment returned months ago but they still haven't refunded my monies owed back to me. Today I found out their DPOC still has me as active and has been charging me 4 a month for the past 3 months reducing the amount they still owe me for postage paid in advance. Useless bunch of C*nts.
Wish I could give no stars. So many problems with this company.. from customer service being horrid, to the machine malfunctions. Do yourself a favor and get regular mailing stamps.
Been with their company for 4 years. Rude Customer Service! Very disappointed with their service. Instead of dealing with these people I would rather use Canada Post.
I do not recommend this company. This service was more of a nuisance than convenience. Don't waste your money or time. Not to mention all the hidden fees. Biggest waste of our time and money.
