Excellent customer service and body work! I had my entire truck bed repaired and painted at Ramp and they were able to match the colours perfectly. I'm very happy with the final results and how they handled my situation. I highly recommend using this shop for any auto body repairs and paint work.

Fantastic customer service! I recently moved here and I had a private insurance claim. I found out not all body shops take in private insurance. I stopped by Ramp's office and was welcomed with smiles. The manager, Megan Denny took the time to walk me through the process and answered each and every one of my questions. Unfortunately my insurance company dropped the ball and failed to send them the appropriate information. Megan and Jaime engaged in several phone calls and emails to our insurance company trying to get the information. I am so very impressed with both of their professionalism in dealing with a very difficult situation. Way to go! You are now our body shop of choice.
The staff are super friendly and communicative. Picked up my car and not only was it fixed but sparkly, shiny and smelling divine! you guys rock!!

I had a very bad customer service experience and would not recommend this shop. I had a claim with ICBC and private insurance. The front desk person lied and claimed she did not have any correspondence from the private insurance even though I had emails to show this and verbal confirmation of a phone call from the insurance company. They did not process the claim because of this and failed to communicate the status. I ended up wasting 2 weeks with this shop.
