New ownership, new energy. Traded a vehicle in for a 2014 Ford Fusion on Nelson Ford’s lot and was meet with great service by Marshal and the new owner Mike Goretzki. Mike was very opened and fair in regards to the swap of vehicles and any concerns I had with the vehicle I had swapped for. Mike and Marshel definitely made myself feel as if I was in a good hands, I felt confident in my purchase even though I am a highly skeptical person when it comes to purchasing vehicles. Let’s hope this new vehicle for myself lasts :’)!
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Nelson Ford which I absolutely love and adore. Very good sales service from Mark and Mike. They made me a fair deal on both car and winters and when I found after a week that their inspection had failed to catch that a seat warmer wasn't working, they quickly ordered the part to make it right. Jessica and Jade in the service department are also very friendly and helpful. The fact that everyone working there seems happy and to like each other tells you something about their business model.
We had excellent sales service all around at Nelson Ford. We love our new Escape and the deal struck felt very fair. The sales person Marshel was great. No high pressure tactics and consistently friendly and helpful. Marshel and the dealership sales manager even came in on a holiday (when the dealership was closed) so we could take a final test drive to help us make our decision. Looking forward to the convenience of a local dealership for service going forward.
